Coirón was the first puma I ever encountered in the wild. I remember sitting there, watching her move through the coirón grasses, calm and patient, stalking a group of guanacos, completely aware of the landscape around her.
That encounter marked the beginning of my connection with pumas in Patagonia and the many mornings that would follow, returning to this place to witness them again.
